How do I pay for my storage account?
Our storage costs are paid monthly beforehand and may be paid in a variety of hassle-free ways from cash over-the-counter to credit cards over the phone. If you need storage for more than one month (which is our minimum term) we will publish to you a tax billing 10 days prior to your next necessary payment.
What are your operating hours and when can I access my items?
All our centers are open: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Saturday 10.00 am – 4.00 pm Sunday. Generally access is in between these hours, however we do have some units and containers which can be utilized 24/7. Please ask our personnel for details.
