What is the cost of storage?

Do you offer any discounts or incentives for long term storage?

How do I spend for my storage account?
Our storage costs are paid monthly ahead of time and might be paid in a range of practical ways from cash over-the-counter to credit cards over the phone. If you need storage for more than one month (which is our minimum term) we will post to you a tax billing ten days prior to your next required payment.
What are your operating hours and when can I access my items?
All our facilities are open: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Saturday 10.00 am – 4.00 pm Sunday. Usually access is in between these hours, nevertheless we do have some units and containers which can be used 24/7. Please ask our personnel for information.

Do I need to book ahead?
As there is rather a high need for our services, it is recommended that when you have decided to entrust your items to us that you secure your unit with a holding deposit. This will ensure that your area is available when you are ready to carry your items into storage.
Will my friend have the ability to access my unit for me?
At Satellite Self Storage, we can hold a register of people that you authorise to enter your storage unit in your place. Any person wishing to enter your unit who is not listed will not be admitted unless written authority from you is produced.
Are my items safe from pests?
Our facilities are routinely checked and sprayed for pests and invasion by a very trustworthy pest control company. All units are cleaned up and air refreshed when they are abandoned to ensure that you are leasing a clean, safe environment for your important items.
Is there anything that I may not store?
We request that you do not store any combustible, corrosive or perishable products in your unit. Products such as mower and motor bikes should be drained of all fuel before being placed into storage.
Do Satellite Self Storage have facilities for car storage?
Yes we do. All of our facilities have spaces available for car storage, a lot of with
24 hr 7 day a week access. Our personnel can help you with current availability.
Is it an easy process to end our agreement?
Yes. All we need is seven days notice from you of your intent to remove your goods from storage. A quick telephone call is all that is needed!
Can you accept shipments on my behalf?
Yes. We will be more than happy to accept and dispatch items for you without the need for you to be on site waiting for couriers and transportation companies to show up. All you need do is the appropriate documentation and leave the waiting to us!
We also provide a complimentary forklift service and adequate trolleys are available to move your items around.
